§ A-3. Department of Public Works.

A.
The Department of Public Works shall be headed by the Superintendent of Public Works and shall have the care and control of the streets, sewers, municipal buildings and property of the city.

B.
The Department of Public Works shall be responsible for performing those duties set forth in the City Charter in § C14-1 as the powers and duties of the Board of Public Works.
