Chapter 113. Salaries and Compensation |
| The salaries of appointed and elected officials of the City of Kingston are fixed by the Common Council. The salaries of all other city employees are fixed by the Common Council in the annual city budget. A list of the current salaries of all officers and employees of the city is on file in the office of the City Clerk. |
