§ A-5. Department of Parks and Recreation.

A.
The Department of Parks and Recreation shall, as to its membership, component parts, rules and regulations remain as now constituted until the same shall be changed by administrative action of the Mayor.

B.
The Mayor shall have the powers and duties in the administration of the Department of Parks and Recreation as were previously designated as the powers and duties of the Board of Parks and Recreation Commissioners.
