  • The purpose of this plan is to provide, in accordance with the Federal Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended by the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Act of 1972, equal opportunity in employment for all qualified persons, to prohibit discrimination in employment for all qualified persons, to prohibit discrimination in employment because of race, creed, religion, color, national origin, sex and age and to promote the full realization of equal employment opportunity through a positive and continuing program.
