§ A-8. Severability.

Latest version.

All other resolutions, ordinances and local laws of the City of Kingston, New York, or parts thereof which are inconsistent herewith are repealed, except such resolution, ordinance or local law or parts thereof which are predicated upon laws, statutes, rules and regulations which themselves are superior or binding upon the City of Kingston New York.
